Edit your Company Settings

Updated over 3 months ago

With your Associates, Vehicles, and Devices imported, it's time to edit your Company Settings in Hera. Go to your user menu (top-right) and then select Company Settings to get started:

Step 1: Update your company details

Click on Company Details on the left, and check the following:

  • Are your Company Name and Billing Email correct?

  • Add your Company Logo so that it will show up on forms like Associate Counselings.

  • Is your Time Zone correct? This will be important for setting up your Daily Roster and sending Coaching messages.

Step 2: Set up automated coaching messages

Hera can send coaching messages to your Associates automatically based on the performance data that you import. For Mentor and Netradyne data, these messages are daily; for Amazon Scorecard data, those are weekly. The messages will be sent based on each Associate's communication preferences, which by default includes sending them via email and text message.

  • The most important setting here is the Time to send out pending messages. Every time you import performance data, Hera will create pending messages, and then any pending messages will get sent at the time you specify here each day.

  • Note: pending messages only get sent to Associates who have been rostered on the Daily Roster that day. This ensures you're not sending work-related messages to Associates when they're not working.

  • Ideally, you'll choose a time that's after your Associates have clocked in for the day.

Step 3: Configure your dropdown lists

There are many places in Hera where you can select values from a dropdown list. Click on Drop-Down Lists on the left to see them all in one place, and from here, you can edit the available values.

Hera has given you some sensible defaults, and you may also notice that Hera automatically added dropdown values based on any Associates or Vehicles you imported.

  • Check over these dropdown lists and make changes as desired.
