Automated Coaching

Reviewing and Sending Coaching Messages

Navigate to this page by clicking on Performance and Coaching at the top left of the page. Using the tabs at the top right, click on Automated Coaching.

Then, you will be directed to the Automated Coaching page.

On the left of this page, you can see how many Coaching Opportunities and Positive Reinforcements have been created for your Associates. Based on the files you have uploaded, such as your Weekly Scorecard, Netradyne, etc, Hera creates Coaching and Positive Reinforcement messages. These messages will automatically be sent based on the time you have chosen. The time can be edited in the Company Settings. (Please disregard the time in the picture below. This is the time you can change in Company Settings.) You have the option to send these messages immediately if you would like to.

To see individual Coaching Opportunities and Positive Reinforcement, click on an Associate from the list on the left-hand side, and Hera will display the created Coaching messages for that Associate. You can edit these messages by clicking inside the box. When finished, you can press the Send Coaching Message Now button to send to the individual associate.

Setting Your Automated Coaching Time

As stated above, your Automated Coaching will be sent out at the time you have set in your Company Settings. If you upload your files AFTER this time, the messages will be sent on the following day. You can still send them manually. Below are the steps to change the time at which Automated Coaching is sent.

Lastly, when sending Automated Coaching messages manually, we recommend sending them only to Associates Rostered Today. This is your choice as a DSP, but it's what we recommend.
