Why are we logging the mileage manually?
Many companies use the mileage export from Xcelerate/LeasePlan and maintain their PM reminders on an Excel sheet. I highly recommend you *do not* use the mileage from Xcelerate/LeasePlan. The data from our partner is often wildly inaccurate, which is why I made the Hera maintenance reminders. Hence, companies never miss a PM again. You want to manually put your van mileage into Hera because you may miss a PM if you go by the other portals. After all, the telematic device sometimes fails to report the actual mileage. You also do not want to rely on PM emails from our partner either; if you do not get the email and a PM is missed, you will be told it is the DPS's responsibility to keep track of PMs. Amazon will not update the scorecard due to you not receiving a PM reminder email. Hera maintenance reminders are also better than Excel because Hera will alert your DSP when it is time for the PM. Also, I created all of Hera to help reduce our dependence on 1,000 different Excel sheets.

3. Bulk Updates

4. Vehicle List:
From the Vehicle List, use the action menu to update each van's odometer reading.
5. Vehicle Details Page:
From the Vehicle Management page, select the Vehicle List tab. Then, click the page icon, View Vehicle, from the action menu.
A pop-up will open to update the odometer reading.
