When you import your roster from Amazon, Hera will automatically pull from your defaults to populate each rostered Associate's vehicle, device, and parking space. You can manually override them for any day, or change the defaults going forward at any time.

Default vehicles are set for each Associate.

Go to the Associate's record in the Staff tab, and look for the DRIVER INFO card:

Hera assigns the Default Vehicle alphabetically, by the Associate's first name. If Johnny and Suzzy both have Vehicle #1 as their Default Vehicle, Johnny will get Vehicle #1 and Suzzy will get her Default Secondary Vehicle.

You can now assign up to 3 vehicles per Associate.

Note: the Associate's Default Secondary Vehicle will be pulled while rostering if the primary vehicle is already rostered for that day.

Default devices and parking spaces are set for each vehicle.

Under the Associate Management and Vehicles tabs, there is a newly added "Bulk Updates" page.

On the Associates bulk update page, you can assign up to 3 vans to a single Associate. This page will only display active Associates.

From the vehicle bulk update page, you can assign one device and one parking space to multiple vans without leaving the page. Only active vehicles will be displayed on this page.

Both of these pages will save any changes automatically.
