Vehicle Management Dashboard:
This page displays upcoming maintenance reminders, the most recent accidents, van damages, expiring license plates, and week-old odometer readings. These dashboards are meant to give you a glance at important information, so you are up to date on your fleet.
Vehicle List Page:
This page lets you view all your vehicles and their identifying information at a glance. Vehicles can be filtered by status on the top right. The search bar on the top left can search the page by VIN, plate number, make and model, etc. The action menu on the header row allows you to export your vehicles in a spreadsheet format. It also allows you to bulk import several new vehicles or add vehicles individually. Every van has an action menu on its row that allows you to easily add an odometer reading, change the vehicle's status, and view that vehicle's page.
Vehicle Details Page:
On the vehicle page, you can edit vehicle information, add maintenance reminders, maintenance records, odometer readings, and add damage/accident records.
Adding a Maintenance Reminder:
Start by clicking Add Reminder. Select a service from the drop-down list. You can select several services if they all need to be done on the same date or mileage. Several services have already been listed by default. If the service you need is not on the list, just click + New Dropdown Item to add a service type.
Adding a Maintenance Record:
To create a maintenance record, click Add History Record then Maintenance Record. You can select as many services as you would like from the dropdown list. If it isn't already listed, you can add a new service from here. The locations list will be empty by default, as not all DSPs use the same location or company. By clicking the button to the right of the box, you can add a new location to the dropdown list. You can add as many locations as you need. Finish the form by selecting the status, mileage, and service date. Pictures and files of the receipt can be added here as well. Maintenance reminders can be added at the bottom of this popup for your convenience.
Once here, Hera will open a drawer to add your Vehicle Maintenance details.
Accident and Damage Records:
An accident record can be created from the Accidents & Damage (Last 90 Days) dashboard card. The accident form is in OSHA format, any important information the form doesn't ask for can be added to the notes section. Videos, pictures, and scanned reports can be added and saved to the form. The vehicle damage form is similar but asks for fewer details. If an employee was at fault for the damage, a counseling and Associate issue can be created from the same pop-up. This will only create the counseling form; you will still have to fill out the details later.

Bulk Updates:
Only active vehicles are displayed here. This page facilitates changing vehicle status, device, parking assignment, and vehicle type for multiple vehicles. You can also add Odometer Readings by clicking the + sign. Any changes made on this page are immediately saved.
