There are a couple of ways to download your Counselings from Hera. You can download them one at a time from the Counselings tab, or download all the Counselings for one associate from their profile page.
Counselings Tab
Head to the Counselings tab under Performance & Coaching. Open the counseling form you want to download by using the action menu on the left and selecting View Counseling.
On the top right there are several Icons. Click the first one that looks like a page with a down arrow in it. A PDF will generate and download for this form.
Associate Page
Enter an associate's page from the Associate List by clicking the page icon next to the action menu (...)
Inside the associate's profile page, scroll below the Notes card to find the Counselings card. Click on it to expand it and find the Download All button. All the counseling forms for this associate will be downloaded as separate PDFs in a .zip file.
Please be patient. If there are several counselings, it may take some time to generate the files.
After clicking Download All, you'll receive a notification informing you that a new notification will appear when the download is ready. The notification will appear in the bell icon. Click on the blue text (the file name) to download the file.
