How to export Daily Roster, Vehicles, & Associates

Need to export your data for any reason? No problem at all!

To export the Hera Daily Roster and the additional notes fields at the top of the screen, simply click the Export Daily Roster button, and Hera will generate the file for you.

Need to export details about your Associates? No problem! First, change the status filter so you only export the Associate status type you need, like Active Associates.

Is Vehicle insurance renewal around the corner? Do you need a spreadsheet that has all of the details about the vehicles in your fleet? No problem! First, change the status filter so you only export the vehicle status type you need, like Active Vehicles for example.

Click the bell icon on the top right to download your exported files. There will be a new notification for your exported file. Click the notification to download the file.
