Sharing Images and Documents through Counselings

The images and documents you add to your counseling forms as evidence can now be shared with the drivers if you choose to do so.

Adding Images and Documents

First, navigate to create a new counseling form or edit an existing one. Once the counseling form page is open, scroll to the bottom and add your documents or images. Drag and drop them or click in the space to find the file(s).

A toggle is located next to the uploaded image/document. Turn on the Show To Associate toggle to show the selected file to the Associate. When editing an existing counseling form, the toggle will appear below the image or document thumbnail.

Associates View

Images and documents are typically located on the second page of the Counseling. If the toggle is enabled, they will see the files; otherwise, they won't see anything else.

Currently, only images can be viewed. When a document is added, the file name is displayed, but the file cannot be opened. We are working on an update to allow the Associate to download and view the file if you choose to show it.
