Daily Roster: Roster Checklists

Updated over 5 months ago

The Daily Rostering page is renamed to Rostering and Checklists. Manage daily Roster Checklists directly from there.

Viewing and Editing Checklists

There's a new column named Checklists to help you track their progress. Checklists created for Hera Users can be found next to the date at the top of the page.

Click on the checklists to view more details and progress information.

At the top are the general details for the Checklist. The individual checklist link can be sent to the associate from here by clicking the Send Now button.

Further down are the checklist items and responses. This view will automatically refresh as associates complete items.

Vehicle Photo Logs can be added as a checklist item. The number of photos uploaded will be shown in the Submission column.
Click the photo count to open the Vehicle Photo Log view in a new tab to review the photos.

If there are many checklists, they will open in a collapsed view that only displays the Checklist name. Click on them to expand.

Sending Roster Checklists

The drivers will receive a text message with a link they can use to complete the Roster Checklist.

To send the Roster Checklists links, use the action menu at the top right of the Daily Roster.

Roster Checklists can be sent out along with Roster Assignment messages. Check the box to "Also send links..." and they will be sent together.

Roster Checklist can be configured to send the links automatically based on certain conditions. This can be configured in your Roster Checklist Template.

Associate's View

Associates will receive a text message with a link to access the checklist.

The link will open the Roster Checklist they need to complete.

Checklist items can be completed and saved one at a time, or complete the items and click the Save & Submit button at the bottom.

The link can be opened again to view the checklist and complete more items. Once the items have been saved, they cannot be edited.
