Labels for Associates and Vehicles

You can now create and apply labels to your associates and vehicles.

Creating and Editing Labels

Head to your company settings and you will find an option named Labels. From here you will be able to create labels for your Associates and Vehicles.

When creating a new label, you can choose whether the label can be applied to Associates, Vehicles, or both.

Labels can be assigned from in the associate profile page and the vehicle profile page. Hover your mouse over + Add label and a dropdown list will appear with all the labels created for your associates or vehicles. You can also create new Labels from these locations by using the last option in the dropdown menu to Add new label.

Associates: Vehicles:


Once your labels have been assigned, the Labels page will display how many associates and/or vans have been assigned to those labels.

*Use the filter on the top right to display deactivated labels. Labels can only be deactivated not deleted.*

Using the action menus located to the far right you can edit and deactivate your labels. You also have the option to remove this label from all associates and/or vehicles.

Once you have assigned Labels to your associates, you will see them listed next to the associate's profile picture. Hover your mouse over any label. You will be able to message all associates or all active associates with the same label.


List View Update

The Vehicle List and the Associate List have been updated. They now display the labels you have assigned to every associate or vehicle.

Associate List:

In addition, we have added a column for associates' Preferred Days Off to this list. The filters have also been updated to give you more options. You can now filter the list by Labels and Preferred Days Off in addition to filtering by Associate Status.

Vehicle List:

The Vehicle List columns have also been updated. The list now includes the Vehicle Type. These filters have also been updated to give you more options. You can now filter by Vehicle Type, Company, and Labels.
