Associate Management

Associate Management Dashboard:

This page displays a lot of information at a glance for your convenience. All of these categories can be viewed in further detail by clicking view all in their respective boxes.

Associate List:

This page displays all of your active Associates by default. The filter can be changed on the top right. The search box on the top left can be used to search the page by transporter ID, phone #, etc., not just names. An Associate's status can be changed from this page by using the action menu on that Associate's row. Use the action menu on the header row can message Associates, add an Associate, export currently filtered Associates, and bulk import new Associates. You have to select Associates before you can send a message to multiple Associates.

Associate Details:

By clicking on the Associate's page icon located on the right next to the action menu (three horizontal dots) you will enter the Associate's profile. All of the information about that Associate will reside on their page. From this page, their status can be changed by clicking it on the top right. You can click the pencil on the top right of cards that have one to view or edit that information. Further down the page, you can view their compiled performance data, counseling forms, and all other pertinent information.

Onboarding:

This is a list of all your Associates with an Onboarding status. You can quickly view what stage every Associate is from here.

Bulk Updates:

Van assignments, supervised by, status, and van authorization can all be changed from here. Changes will be saved automatically. Only active-status employees will show up on this page. Associates need to be authorized to drive a vehicle type to be assigned that vehicle type in the Daily Rostering page. All new associates are authorized to drive Standard Parcel vehicle types.
