From the Tasks & Reports page, scroll down to the Vehicle Management section to find the Maintenance Reminders (All) and Upcoming Maintenance Reminders reports. Or you can use the search bar on this page to find them faster. You can create maintenance reminders for many services like oil changes, tire replacements, side-step repairs, van damage, etc. You can even add a custom service if it's not already found in the drop-down options.
Maintenance Reminders (All): View all maintenance reminders complete and pending. There are several columns to sort your list by.
Upcoming Maintenance Reminders: View all pending maintenance reminders.
Use the topmost action menu (3 dots) to add a new maintenance reminder. The action menus located at the end of every row can be used to view, edit, or delete the reminder and view the vehicle.
From the Dashboard tab of the Vehicle Management section, you can view your upcoming maintenance reminders at a glance. They are separated between two tabs. One for mileage reminders and one for date reminders.
Click on View All Reminders to enter the report.
