Under the Tasks & Reports page, we have two reports available for Associate Issues.
Scroll down to the Performance & Coaching section of the Reports or search "eoc" in the search bar.
Click on Engine Off Compliance (EOC) Metrics report. From this report, you will see the EOC metrics of every driver based on the date filter on the top right. You can also filter the page by Associate Status. By default, you will only see active associates. Next to each driver's EOC percentage, you will see a green, red, or blue indicator. Green means the driver has improved since his last reported trip. Red means the driver has gotten worse, and blue means the driver has stayed at the same percentage since the last time. You are most likely to see the blue indicator for drivers that consistently stay at 100% EOC.
*Note: The information in Hera is only as current as Amazon's reports. When importing the EOC report, be sure to open the file and verify that Amazon has updated the newest report.
