How to Download Performance Reports from AMZL, Netradyne, and eMentor

Download your Daily Performance files from Netradyne, eMentor, and EOC from AMZL. Weekly Performance files are only found in AMZL.

*Note: Do not alter any of the file contents or file names when downloading.

Login to the eMentor website. At the top, you will need to change the TIME FRAME to DAILY. Then change the date if needed.

Once you have adjusted the TIME FRAME and DATE you can download the file using the icon on the far right.

Login to the Netradyne website. On the right-hand side click on Reports Central. It is the icon that looks like a page.

Then click the blue button to Create Request.

The pop-up below will open. Change the time frame from Weekly to Daily and change the date if needed. Check the box for all alert types (Severe, Moderate, and Neutral) and Include DriverStar Events.

At the bottom, it will ask if you want to make the report recurring. Check the Daily box so you do not have to repeat this process every day. Click the Request Report button at the bottom to finish.

Your report will be generated immediately. When the pop-up closes, refresh the page and the report will be ready to download.

From the AMZL website, you can download the Engine Off Compliance (EOC) report. This report can be imported to Hera to generate coaching messages and update the records for associates.

First, you will hover your mouse over Performance found at the top of the page.

A dropdown will appear where you will select Supplementary Reports.

The name of the file is found toward the end of the file name. For EOC reports it typically says EOC_Last_7_Days. EOC is updated daily by Amazon. You can import this file as Daily Performance Data.

*Note: Always open the EOC file downloaded from Amazon to verify that they have updated it with the newest data. Amazon may releases this file every day, but they do not update the data every day.

The Scorecard, Customer Feedback, and DA POD Details reports can also be downloaded from the Supplementary Reports section. These reports are released weekly on Wednesdays. You will have to go back one week to find the most recent reports. You can go back further and download your older scorecards this way.

Once you've done that you can scroll down the list to find the Scorecard, Customer Feedback, and DA POD Details reports. You can import these files to Hera as Weekly Performance Data The Scorecard and Customer Feedback are found near the top.

The DA POD Details report can be found at the bottom of the list.
