Under the Tasks & Reports page, we have two reports available for Counseling forms.
Scroll down to the Performance & Coaching section of the Reports or search "counseling" in the search bar.
You have the option to view all Counseling forms or only Counselings with a Pending Signature status.
Both options will direct you to the Counselings tab of Performance & Coaching, but the filters will be set according to your options. Use the action menus on the far right to view the counseling form.
Counselings (All): View all counselings.
Counselings Pending Signature: View all counselings that are awaiting signature from the Associate.
