Creating Injury Records

Track your associate's injuries using Hera. Start by hovering your mouse over Create at the top of Hera. From the dropdown list, select Injury Record.

That will bring you to the injury form, where you can record all the pertinent information regarding the injury. The Injury Records in Hera are in OSHA's Form 301 format to help you track the needed information.

Add your related files and images to the bottom of the form to keep it all in one place.

Viewing Injury Records

Head to the Tasks & Reports page. Scroll down to the Associate Management section to find the Injury Records (All) report. Or use the search bar to find it faster.

The report will display all the Injury Records you have saved in Hera. You will see key details of each report. Click on any report to open and edit it.

Open existing Injury Records to download, print, or delete them using the icons on the top right.

Printing or downloading converts the Injury Record in Hera to OSHA's Form 301. By recording all your injuries in Hera, you keep your records in one place, and you can print out the OSHA form when needed.
