You can download all of the weekly Scorecards you have imported to Hera.
Start at the Performance & Coaching page of Hera. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the dashboard for Recent DSP-Level Metrics.
Click on View Weekly Import Report.
This will redirect you to the IMPORTED PERFORMANCE DATA page, where you can download all the Scorecards, POD Quality Reports, and Customer Delivery Feedback you have imported to Hera.
The column on the far right displays a different icon for each type of performance report. Hover your mouse over the icon to display the report name. Click on the Icon to download that report. Click on the Load More button at the bottom to view older weeks.
*Note: If the icons appear grey instead of blue, no performance report was uploaded for that week. Therefore, there will be no report to download from Hera.*
