Hera Rankings at a glance: By navigating to the Dashboard under Associate Management, you can view your 10 highest-ranking and 10 lowest-ranking Associates at a glance. Click on "View Associate..." at the bottom to view the rankings in more detail.
Why is Hera Ranking different than the Scorecard rank, and what does this mean?
We invented the Associate Hera Ranking to give you a holistic view of your Associates' actual performance at your company. The Scorecard does not take numerous factors into account, such as: calling out, being late, van damage, being rescued, insubordination, no uniform, lost badge, and the list goes on and on.
You could have a rockstar Associate who is number one on the Scorecard but is fired the next day because of all the previously mentioned examples. With the Associate Hera Ranking, you'll now have a clear view of how your Associates stack up at your company.
Navigating Hera Ranking Settings
STEP 1:
Start by clicking on your name at the top right-hand corner and then click on Company Settings. From the Company Settings, click on Coaching on the left.
STEP 2:
Set your time frame. The time frame can be adjusted to as long as you would like, but keep in mind that the longer the time frame is, the less their score will change. Hera recommends a time frame of 15-30 days.
STEP 3:
To see your scoring from your Weekly and Daily data, click on either highlighted selections pictured below.
STEP 4:
Then you should see this screen for either selection (weekly or daily). Types of scores will differ for both data tables. There are two main columns for both, Improve Poor Performance and Strengthen Great Performance.

What does each feature/table mean?
The "Importance" slider: You have the ability to control the importance of each one of these metrics. Keep in mind if you make everything "the most important," the ranking system will not show an accurate picture of the Associate's true rank.
Improve Poor Performance: Associates whose scores fall below the thresholds set in these columns will have their Hera score negatively impacted. There are two sub-columns named "Create Associate issues" and "Coaching Opportunities". The toggles dictate whether you want coaching opportunities or Associate issues to be created for that metric.
Create Associate Issues: Associate Issues can be used to track the performance of your Associates. Based on your settings below, they influence each Associate's Hera Score and Hera Rank, which show in your Associate Performance report.Associate Issues can also optionally be added to Counselings, which are more formal write-ups, to hold the Associate accountable, which can be shared with your Associate for their signature.
*Associate Issues can be created manually at any time, but the settings below also allow you to create them automatically whenever you import your performance data.Unless you attach them to Counselings, Associate Issues are not sent to DAs and cannot be seen by anyone without a Hera login.
Coaching Opportunities: Hera can automate your Associate coaching by sending text messages and/or emails whenever a coaching opportunity is identified. Based on the settings below, Hera will create these messages automatically when you import your performance data. Thresholds allow you to customize exactly when these coaching opportunities are created. Messages get sent daily at the time specified by you at the top of this page.
*Everything in red under Improve Poor Performance will negatively impact the score. If the toggles under the Create Associate Issues column are on, Hera will create an Associate issue for every Associate that falls below the threshold to the right of the toggle. Hera will also create a coaching opportunity
Strengthen Great Performance: Associates whose scores meet or exceed the thresholds set in these columns will have their Hera score positively impacted. There are two sub-columns named Positive Reinforcement and Create Associate Kudos.
Positive Reinforcement: Similar to Coaching Opportunities, Hera will use your settings below to automatically create messages for your Associate, congratulating them for a job well done. Coupled with Coaching Opportunities, these messages are key to motivating your staff to achieve high ratings.Thresholds allow you to customize exactly when these messages get created. Messages get sent daily at the time specified by you at the top of this page.
Create Associate Kudos: You can optionally use Associate Kudos to influence each Associate Hera Score and Hera Rank in positive ways. This allows you to see your top performers at your DSP and celebrate them accordingly. Associate Kudos are not sent to Associates and can only be seen by users who log into Hera.
Located at the bottom of this page are the sliders that are custom Associate Issue and Kudos that your company can create. These sliders will positively impact the Associate's Hera score with Kudos are given and conversely negatively impact when Issues are created. You can add custom Associate Issues and Kudos in the Drop-Down Lists settings page.
