The images and documents you add to your counseling forms as evidence can now be shared with the drivers if you choose to do so.
First, navigate to create a new counseling form or edit an existing one. Once the counseling form page is open, scroll to the bottom and add your documents or images. They can be added by dropping them in the designated area or clicking on that area to pick the files.
The toggle is located next to the uploaded image/document. Turn on the "Show To Associate" toggle to show the selected file to the DA. When editing an existing counseling form the toggle will appear below the image or document thumbnail.
Under the "Counseling Images/Documents," the Associate will only be shown the files you have turned on the toggle. The Associate can click on the thumbnail displayed to enlarge it. If a document was uploaded, they can click the document to download it if needed.
