Customer Delivery Negative Feedback
Start by heading to Quality Dashboard under Performance.
In Quality Dashboard, find the Customer Delivery Feedback - Negative box and click on the underlined number.
At the top left, you can choose between “Day” and “Week.” Hera will accept either the “Day” or “Week” version of the file. Once you’re ready, click the download button on the top right side of the table.
Customer Negative Feedback files must be imported to the Daily Performance Data importer.
