I'm clicking, but nothing is happening! Help! I'm getting an error!

At Hera Solutions, we work tirelessly to ensure our software is the best!

Part of working tirelessly means that we are constantly pushing out new features and "hot fixes" to repair anything that might not be working properly. We take pride in ensuring everything is working as it should, which means there are small updates as frequent as every other day.

After we push out an update, Hera has to be "refreshed". That's as simple as hitting refresh on the browser. When we push out big updates, we force a refresh from the backend, but if it is just a little "hot fix", we don't want to interrupt your work and force a refresh. That's when you may click on something in Hera and nothing happens at all.

If Hera isn't responsive to your click, don't panic, just hit the refresh button on your browser! It's that easy! After that, everything should be back to normal. :-)

There is one last troubleshooting step you can take before messaging us that there is a problem.

You can clear your web browser's cache, cookies and history. After that, please log out of Hera and log back in and everything should be working the way it should.
