We know an issue that might affect your ability to view certain vehicles in Hera. We are working on a fix and will release a fix as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. You can still access the vehicles you need, but there are a few extra steps as a workaround.
Follow the instructions below:
1. Navigate to Tasks & Reports
2. Under Vehicle Management, Select Vehicles by Type
3. Choose the Vehicle Type from the drop-down menu.
4. Locate the affected vehicle in question and click on the action menu (...) on the right of the row.
5. From the drop-down, select View Vehicle and you will be directed to that vehicles page.
