Under the Tasks & Reports page, we have two reports available for Associate Issues.
Scroll down to the Performance & Coaching section of the Reports or search "associate kudos" in the search bar.
The Associate Kudos (All) and Associate Kudos (Last 90 Days) options will direct you to the Associate Kudos list page. The Associate Kudos (Last 90 Days) option will load all the issues from the past 90 days.
Most Associate Kudos are created from performance data imports. An associate that receives a "Fantastic" score on any metric will typically receive an Associate Kudos. You can create your own Associate Kudo Types by heading to the Custom Lists section of your Company Settings. Once you have created your own Kudo types you can assign them to the associates by using the Create menu at the top of Hera.
