Injury Records Report: Clicking a row doesn't open the record

Known issue and workaround: rows on the Injury Records list don't open when clicked. Use the associate's profile to view or edit records in the meantime.

We're aware of an issue on the Injury Records list where clicking a row doesn't open the record.

What's happening

When you open the Injury Records report (Tasks & Reports > Injury Records (All)), the list loads and shows your saved records, but clicking a row doesn't open it — nothing happens, and you can't view or edit the record from there. The attachment icon on the left of each row still works as expected.

Our team is looking into a fix. In the meantime, here's a reliable way to view and edit your injury records.

Workaround: open records from the Associate's profile

  1. Go to the associate's profile (find them on the Associate List, or use the search bar at the top of Hera).

  2. Find the Injuries card on their profile.

  3. Click the pencil icon to view the record. It opens normally, and you can view, edit, print, or download it.

This method shows records for one associate at a time. If you need to review injury records across multiple associates, check each associate's profile individually until the list view is fixed.
