We're aware of an issue with the Associates Who Rescued Others report where the date shown in the Date As Rescuer column may not match the actual date the rescue happened on the Daily Roster.
What's happening
When you view the Associates Who Rescued Others report, the date column is currently showing the date the rescue was entered into Hera, not the actual roster date the rescue took place. This means:
If you logged a rescue today for a route that ran a few days ago, the report will show today's date instead of the roster date.
When you filter the report by a date range, you may see rows with dates that appear to fall outside the range you selected. Those rescues really do belong in your filtered range, the displayed date is just off.
The rescuer, the rescued associate, and the route information are all correct. Only the date is displayed incorrectly.
A fix is in progress. In the meantime, here are two reliable ways to see accurate rescuer data.
Option 1: Use the "Associates Who Were Rescued" report (recommended)
The sister report, Associates Who Were Rescued, pulls from the same underlying data but displays the correct roster date and includes a column showing who did the rescuing. This is the fastest way to get an accurate view across any date range.
Go to Tasks & Reports and open Associates Who Were Rescued.
Set the Filter by Date range to the period you want to review.
Expand each associate's row to see the individual rescue records.
Use the search box at the top to filter by any rescuer's name, or sort by the Rescued By column to group rescues by rescuer.
The Date Rescued and Rescued By columns are accurate.
To answer "who did a specific person rescue in this date range?", filter or sort by Rescued By and read across the Date Rescued and rescued-associate columns.
Option 2: Use the Daily Report to check a specific day
For any single day, the Daily Report shows the correct rescuer and rescued pairings for that date. This is a good option if you want to double-check a specific day.
Go to Tasks & Reports and open the Daily Report.
Select the date you want to review.
Set the Type of Activity filter to include Rescuer and Rescued.
The pairings shown for that day are accurate.
This option is slower across a longer date range because you review one day at a time, but it's a solid way to spot-check any specific day.
