Step 1: Enable Wireless Support Sync in Hera
Reach out to Hera Support to enable the Wireless Support Sync feature on your account.
Once enabled, return to Hera.
From your user menu, select Manage Devices.
Choose Import Devices.
Select Wireless Support Sync.
Click Get Started.
Step 2: Log in to Miradore
Log into your Miradore portal.
Navigate to System settings > Infrastructure Diagram.
Scroll down and hover over the API icon.
Select Create Key.
Step 3: Configure the API Key
Enter the key name: Hera App.
Select Next.
Copy the generated API key (a series of alphanumeric w/ special characters)
ex: Z9m#4qP!7x@Lb2s$V8r%
Select the checkbox Allow cross-origin request using API key.
Ensure Allow all origins is selected.
Press Create Key.
⚠️ Once created, do NOT delete the API Key. ⚠️
Step 4: Connect the API Key in Hera
Return to Hera.
Paste the copied API key into the API Key field.
Enter your Miradore Site Name.
You can find this in your Miradore portal URL.
Example:
https://online.miradore.com/yourcompany/→ Site name is yourcompany.
