Inventory Management: Orders

The Orders tab is designed to streamline the process of tracking and adding incoming inventory.

Key functionalities include:

  • Adding Orders:

    • When creating a new order, all essential information can be captured. The required fields are Date Ordered, Order Status, and Vendor Name.

    • When an order status is updated to Received, the items are automatically added to the relevant item type.

  • Order Tracking:

    • Users can find and monitor existing orders, ensuring every transaction is logged.

    • Update your Order Statuses.

    • Orders added here will feed data to the Recent Orders dashboard, where you can view the most recent Orders.
