Inventory Management: Dashboard

The Dashboard serves as the central hub where users can quickly access critical information. It consists of five dashboards.

Stock Reminders

Helps users monitor items that are running low or completely out of stock, based on minimum quantity thresholds.

  • Two sub-tabs:

    • Out of Stock: Item Types are listed along with the Sizes that are out of stock.

    • Low Stock: Lists Item Types with Sizes below the defined minimum stock amount.

  • Minimum stock thresholds are configured per size from the Item Type details page.

  • A link to the full Stock Reminders report is provided.

  • To enable Stock Reminders, configure thresholds on the Item Type details page.

Inventory Checkups

Tracks inventory items that are due for scheduled checkups, ensuring routine reviews for maintenance and accountability.

  • Two sub-tabs:

    • Associates: Items assigned to team members requiring inspection.

    • Vehicles: Items assigned to delivery vehicles that need to be checked.

  • Reminders are triggered based on rules set up on the Item Type Details page.

  • Users can access detailed reports from links at the bottom of the dashboard.

Inventory Returns

Ensures that reusable items assigned to associates or vehicles are properly returned.

  • Two sub-tabs:

    • Associates: Shows pending returns from Associates.

    • Vehicles: Tracks expected returns from vehicles.

  • Set up return tracking on reusable Item Types via the Item Type Details page.

  • A link to the full reports is provided for further tracking and management.

Items Not Yet Assigned

Highlights situations where required items have not been assigned to associates or vehicles.

  • Two sub-tabs:

    • Associates: Lists Associates missing required items.

    • Vehicles: Lists Vehicles missing required items.

  • Use this section to quickly close gaps in critical item distribution (e.g., uniforms or first aid kits).

  • Configure which item types are considered required from the Item Type Details page.

  • There are links to comprehensive reports for further analysis.

Recent Orders

Keeps users updated on inventory procurement activity and helps track pending deliveries.

  • Two sub-tabs:

    • Open Orders: Orders that have been placed but not yet received.

    • Recently Received: Orders fulfilled in the last two weeks.

  • Each order entry displays key information such as item type, quantity, request date, and status.

  • New Orders can be added from the Orders tab.

  • Access the full order history report for complete tracking and auditing.
